I had a thought recently that people spend a lot of their time worrying about things the will or might happen to them in the future. Id say most of the time theevent they are worrying about lasts a short amount of time, say its a meeting you are really dreading, or a job interview you are nervous about. That means that you could be spending days or weeks worrying about something which will last only a few hours. The negative feelings you will (or may) receive from the event itself shouldnt be compounded by these feelings of worry. Worry is useless/ Planning and preperation are not. Apprehension is not, it helps you focus. But wasting a week worrying about something lasting 2 hours is pointless, thats a week of your life gone for nothing... Make sense? Just a thought I had...

It makes sense. With finals on Wednesday to Friday, I've been thinking like that, too.

I live in the moment, because that is the only think you can do. All else is unimportant
