... as no one knows it for sure, it is up to a way everyone chooses...
For me the highest control and judge is my conscience, I don't think anything or anyone else has a right to judge me...

Well I think that every sentient being has the right to judge anything. I think people have a right to judge someone, if they choose to. How can I explain this... Sometimes judging people can protect us. If we cannot judge them on actions they have comitted, how can we be sure they wotn commit those same actions again? But I do think that the judgements of others are subjective, and you shouldnt be concerned with them. Live your life for who you are.

In what you are saying, it isn't really judging, its more of being mindful of people's past actions. Judging someone, really entails that you are setting an absolute on someone who will change in one way or another, so therefore judging someone on one thing they do now is not good because you are placing yourself if a very limiting way of thinking and closing your mind off from experiencing someone. Ok, as for destiny, I have said this before. I believe from very good experience, that destiny exists but not from some god, no no no no, it comes from us, our prechosen destiny, so in a way it is free choice before, but everything that happens is for a spicific purpose. The only real free choice one can have is, like Marquis said earlier, that the choice of seeing the path and the metal state in which you deal with the world is your choice. If you see the energy and walk your path, you will find that everything in your life seems to fit like some grand puzzle and that every choice you think you make was for a bigger purpose. But that doesn't mean the illusion of free will doesn't exist but without that illusion more people wouldn't make the choices they are suppose to. Once you know and see the path, you would understand what I am talking about, otherwise you'd just have to trust me on this one. I
