its a very good read, and its very similar to buddha's teachings, not to try to convert anyone but hmm... knowing that the knowledge that buddha gave thousands of years ago is proven by science really makes me feel proud. Arghh pride is sin, ah fuck it, I'm proud that there are ppl out there who are willing to go against orthodox teachings, I'm proud as a fellow human being.
