this as i see it is a thing very much open to question as is any real need for it to exist
now i realize it does so to fill the vacume created by the unwillingness and inability of some awairnessess to resist the desire to exert an undue influence over one another
a seduction i make no claim to being imune to the pull of
yet here we are at the very heart of the matter the heart of the beast as it were
my thoughts are that life as most of us have come to take for granted in this 'civilized' age, rests very heavily upon the existence of certain physical infrastructures and certainly granted some mechanism within them is neccessary to their creation and maintainence
but what of general governance?
do we truely need a king or a parlement a president a politbeaurough or whathaveyou?
and if a muliti-tierd system of nation, states, counties, and 'cities' is good for a soverign nation provided it can fairly represent its diversity what about a next level, a planetary level to give international law real teath?
i'm not claiming to have all the answered but even blind man could see that the current state of affairs is, to put it kindly, somewhat flawed.
grossly flawed when one nation, because it is so much more powerful then others militarily, can arbitrarily impose its will for its own profit and convenience and dam the consiquences to anyone else or even itself, on another halfway arround the globe from itself, without so much as a by your leave, to the rest of humanity
