oh oh! Pick me pick me! Stolen from another site: In case anyone is wondering how I came up with that number here ya go (now I havent used this trick in ages so I dunno how the cybersitters and all that work now a days if this even does work through them anymore) lets do it for www.gopostal.comif you ping www.gopostal.com (do what ever you like to get the ip) you get 168.215.70.207 now open up your windows calculator in scientific mode. what we need to do is convert the 4 octets into 8 bit binary format. So while our calculator is in dec mode, type in the first octet which is 168. Then turn it into binary by clicking Bin and you get the answer 10101000. Do this for all 4 octets. IMPORTANT NOTE! When I said 8 bit I meant it. For instance if you convert the number 5 into binary you get 101. To make it 8 bit, pad it from the left with zeros so 101 would actually be 00000101. 8 digits hay! so in the end we get this: 168 = 10101000 215 = 11010111 70 = 01000110 (notice I had to pad an extra zero) 207 = 11001111 now string the binary versions into a single number: 10101000110101110100011011001111 while you are in Bin format in windows calculator type that in and then click on Dec to convert it all into decimal format and you get 2832680655 now in your browser type http://2832680655 haha anyone who has problems with cyber sitter and shit lemme know if this still works for you or not. You can verify this WAS valid at one point by trying on a system that doesnt have one of those content filtering things sssh...

Well, I didn't get to use it today, since I didn't have the time (and after looking in the "restricted" Z: drive, the teacher was over my shoulder for the rest of class.....)
And I couldn't think of any restricted sites to test, anyways.
