... then we are talking about different things: the SS, the Waffen SS, and Nazi in general... I never cinsidered Waffen SS responsible for the crimes against humanity as their all their units except the Toten Kopf (transl. - "Dead Head") which originally guarded the concentrational camps didn't take part in slaughtering the prisoners, along with regular German army they fought on the front... for their country... Well what they were fighting for was a genecide of jewish people. You are still idolizing a Nazi force and that represents what the nazi's are, and that which they represent is a genecidal nation. |

They were fighting for their country, no matter was their country good or bad, but they fought for it, and it was true. Nazi never claimed they were nice unlike other European countries, the USSR and the US with all their hypocracy, because it were they who let the 2nd world war to begin, and it were their politicians who had to be judged along with nazi criminals. For smileys in my post - I did not put them, my post was originally plain text with no images. They were fighting for their country, they were an army. And an army serves the government, it is always like that. Again, I am talking about the Waffen SS. |
